Your Opportunity:
Taylor Print & Visual Impressions, a Taylor Corporation company, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team onsite in Las Vegas, NV! In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our sales representatives, operation center teams, customers, and vendors to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.

Your
Shift:
* Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm
* Onsite at 4151 N Pecos Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89115
Your Responsibilities:
* Act as a dedicated (but not exclusive) CSR for every account or assigned Sales Representative or Account Manager
* Anticipate internal and external customers' needs whenever possible and respond quickly and accurately
* Document and maintain SOP's as needed for accounts including processes between customer and operation center
* Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer's experience
* Assist Sales in understanding details of products, pricing and processes
* Accurately translate and communicate customer project requirements to multiple production facilities for the purpose of providing pricing to the customer and to facilitate timely production of the end product
* Receive complaints via phone from the sales representatives and/or customers and document details in operating system
* Monitor inventory levels and issue purchase orders as necessary to ensure product availability for customers
* Demonstrate flexibility in dealing with the personal and stylistic differences of internal and external customers
* Represent the company and its products in a courteous and professional manner
* Partner with sales representatives to build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
* Provide back-up territory coverage (via phone) in the Sales Representatives' absence
You Must Have:
* High school degree or GED (general education degree)
* 2+ years of previous customer service or customer support experience
* Previous printing experience - digital, offset and/or large format printing experience strongly preferred
* Effective written communication skills and the ability to create short correspondence and memos for a variety of audiences
* Effective verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively present information one-on-one and in small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization in person or via phone
* Effective time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize tasks
* Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
* Proficient computer skills to include Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook
We Would Prefer:
* Excellent problem solving, follow-up, and organizational skills
* In-depth knowledge of company product and services: direct mail and digital print knowledge would be helpful
* Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the field of customer service such as estimating, order processing, order editing, outside vendor (mill) relations
The anticipated hourly range for this position is $23 - $27. The actual wage offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation's total compensation and benefits package for employees.
