As a Member Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our members, providing support and solutions to ensure an outstanding member experience.

* Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist members in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information regarding products, services, and account-related matters.
- Resolve member issues efficiently and effectively while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Process transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and account updates, while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Identify opportunities to promote products and services that align with each member's needs, enhancing their overall experience.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of member interactions and transactions and update account information as necessary.
- Stay informed about company updates and product/service changes to provide members with the most current information.

- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
