Your primary responsibility is to address member inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide a clean environment.

• Serve as the first point of contact for our members, delivering exceptional service and support through various channels such as phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Assist members with account inquiries, billing questions, ensuring a positive and seamless experience.
• Accurately process transactions, update member accounts, and maintain records following company policies and procedures.
• Identify and elevate priority issues to appropriate resources for effective resolution.
• Educate members on new products and services, promoting features and benefits that meet their needs and enhance their experience.
• Contribute to a team environment by assisting colleagues and participating in team meetings to share insights and strategies for improved service delivery.
• Continuously expand job knowledge by engaging in educational opportunities and training sessions.
• Provide a clean and sanitized environment for members to enjoy.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related fields is an advantage.
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a member-focused environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with members.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and a comfort level with learning new software applications.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
