Bilingual Floating Leasing Agent

We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic Bilingual Floating Leasing Agent to support our talented team of property management! As a leasing professional, you will sell and renew leases with a focus on generating qualified prospective residents/guests, touring the property, and preparing lease packages. Above all, you will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, consistently, with high level of integrity.

• Residents/Guests Retention: You will provide an exceptional customer service to our current and prospective residents/guests. You will help engage current guests/residents through ongoing programs and events designed to increase customer satisfaction, brand awareness, business referrals, and minimize turnover.
• Leasing and Sales: You will be responsible for meeting occupancy expectations for the property by leasing to new customers, renewing leases for current residents and increasing the rate of returning guests and referrals.
• Compliance: You will also ensure lease paperwork and customer information is properly documented and protected. You will adhere to local and state laws, including all laws governing Fair Housing.
• Floating: You will provide leasing coverage for multiple locations. Frequent traveling required.

• Minimum of 3 years of sales or customer service experience in a related industry
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to conduct property tours and interact professionally with owners, investors, and residents
• Excellent organizational and administrative abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and/or holidays as needed
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to walk properties, climb stairs, and lift/move up to 25 lbs.
• Bilingual in Spanish – written and verbal proficiency required
• Floating Requirement: Ability to provide leasing coverage at multiple locations; frequent travel between assigned communities is required
