Customer Service Representative
Ship Monk is a leading fulfillment and technology partner for high‑growth e‑commerce and direct‑to‑consumer brands. We empower merchants with real‑time inventory visibility, AI‑powered order management, and a global network of owned fulfillment centers.
What you’ll do- Serve as the primary point of contact for merchants, resolving issues via phone, chat, email, and ticketing systems.
- Manage the daily queue of incoming merchant contacts and ensure timely follow‑up on all inquiries.
- Collaborate with warehouse management and development teams to complete merchant requests on schedule and to a high professional standard.
- Build sustainable, long‑term relationships with merchants, educating them on service offerings and proactive planning.
- Support merchant projects throughout their lifecycle and identify opportunities to improve the merchant experience.
- Propose upgrades and new products when appropriate to enhance service quality.
- 1–2 years of experience in a customer service role.
- 1–2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or e‑commerce environments.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
