- Welcome guests with warmth:
Be the friendly face that greets every guest, creating a positive and exciting first impression. - Support smooth check‑ins and walk‑ins:
Help manage reservations and walk‑ins efficiently to keep the guest flow running smoothly. - Deliver exceptional guest service:
Provide attentive, professional, and friendly service that reflects the F1 Arcade experience. - Work as one team:
Communicate and collaborate with other departments to ensure every guest has a seamless visit. - Handle guest questions with care:
Respond to inquiries with confidence, making sure guests feel listened to and well taken care of. - Keep the front of house looking sharp:
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, helping to create a welcoming and energetic environment.
- Guest‑focused experience:
Previous experience in hospitality, entertainment, or a fast‑paced guest‑facing role is a plus. - Great communicator & problem‑solver:
Friendly, clear communicator who can think on their feet and handle guest questions with confidence. - Organised & proactive:

BasicPhysical Requirements
The team member must be able to perform the duties required at an F1 Arcade venue. The employee will frequently sit for short periods of time, talk via cloud‑based video conferencing and the phone often, and hear and manipulate objects constantly. Additional requirements include lifting up to 10 pounds constantly and up to 50 pounds as required, lifting from floor to shoulder constantly and overhead infrequently, twisting and reaching frequently, grasping objects to move or manipulate constantly, working in hot then cold environments for extended periods of time, and may inadvertently bump into team members in a relatively small work area.
The employee will stand and walk for extended periods of time. Frequent hand washing and sanitation is required. Ability to use knives, slicing equipment, and other food preparation equipment. The employee must be able to communicate with guests and other team members and manipulate handheld and desktop devices.
