The Client Services Account Coordinator manages clients’ needs and develops strong relationships through delivery of high‑quality customer service. Acts as liaison between clients and internal cross‑functional teams. Ensures the timely and successful delivery of our solution(s) per customer needs and improves the entire customer experience through teamwork and proactive customer service.
Responsibilities- Answers incoming calls for information about our workers compensation product. Provides excellent customer service and diligently works to resolve issues and errors.
- Develops and maintains a working‑level understanding of our workers compensation product.
- Operates as the point of contact for assigned customers and groups.
- Ensures the timely and successful delivery of company’s solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Liaises between the clients and internal teams.
- Assists with onboarding of new members.
- Assists with facilitation of client facing presentations.
- Tracks daily activities and progress with existing clients using our in‑house software systems.
- Supports the team with facilitation of broker requests.
- Maintains loss runs inbox by fulfilling requests.
- Maintains certificate inbox by fulfilling requests.
- Processes renewal certificates and distributes them to client/broker.
- Supports members with use of online portal.
- Maintains Service Inbox by fulfilling member requests.
- Maintains and manages any assigned groups, contacts and general client information.
- Generates monthly invoices.
- Maintains understanding of billing and payments in system.
- Tracks and collects funds from members on a monthly basis.
- Reviews and communicates yearly payroll audits to members.
- Member communication regarding annual meetings.
- Various administrative projects for assigned groups.
- Intermediate Computer Skills, Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel).
- Analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- 1‑3 years of Customer Service Experience.
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Excellent telephone etiquette.
- Self‑motivated and able to thrive in a results‑driven environment.
The base compensation range for this position is $40,000 - $45,000. This range reflects Acrisure's good faith estimate at the time of this posting. Placement within the range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.
