Job Overview
Aristocrat is seeking a Service Support Parts Representative to manage parts ordering and service tickets for casino and mobile gaming platforms. The role focuses on accurate and timely parts support, ensuring all issues are resolved within departmental SLAs.
Responsibilities- Use D365 and Sales Force to locate, order, and track parts for all games and platforms.
- Analyze, classify, investigate, and resolve all parts support and service problems.
- Enter data into D365 and close all part orders and service tickets before deadlines.
- Maintain open, direct communication with customers, technicians, and internal teams to keep parts requests on schedule.
- Coordinate resolution of service issues related to game repairs and ensure timely delivery of parts.
- Apply customer‑support soft skills to maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Answer incoming calls and provide professional support on a rotational basis.
- Handle issues with diplomacy, tact, and integrity.
- Escalate critical issues to management following prescribed policies.
- High school diploma preferred, or equivalent education, training, and experience.
- 1+ year’s experience in parts customer service or a technical help‑desk role.
- Strong knowledge of service manuals and engineering drawings.
- Practical slot‑machine technical support experience preferred.
- Proficient in MS Windows, Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Experience with ERP, CRM, knowledge‑base, and incident‑reporting software.
- Ability to multi‑task, communicate effectively, work independently and as part of a team.
- Maintains confidentiality of company and product information.
- Must qualify for a gaming card and, if applicable, register with the Nevada Gaming Control Board or other jurisdictions.
