Customer Service Associate (Seasonal)
Help deliver exceptional customer experiences during our busiest event season.
Are you ready to be part of an exciting event season? The Expo Group is seeking Seasonal Customer Service Associates to provide outstanding support to exhibitors and customers during our peak trade show season. Available as a hybrid position in Orlando, Florida or Las Vegas, Nevada, this seasonal opportunity is expected to continue through December 2026 and offers the chance to build valuable experience in the fast-paced events industry.
In this role, you will:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers by phone, email, chat, text, and in person.
- Assist customers with orders, account updates, payment processing, and customer inquiries.
- Resolve customer concerns while delivering exceptional service and escalating issues when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate customer records and process orders using company systems.
- Collaborate with Customer Service Managers and internal teams to support successful events.
- Help customers understand products, services, and event requirements while providing effective solutions.
What You Bring to The Expo Group:
- Educational Foundation:
High school diploma or equivalent required. - Experience:
1–2 years of customer service or related experience required; trade show or event industry experience preferred. - Credentials:
None required. - Key
Skills:
Outstanding communication, customer service, attention to detail, problem-solving, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
This is a seasonal position is expected to continue through December 2026. The role follows a hybrid work schedule. Ability to travel is required and may include trips of 14–18 consecutive days within the continental United States. Overtime hours may be available based on business needs and while traveling.
