Planet Fitness - Garlan in Las Vegas is seeking a Member Services Representative to create a positive member experience by providing exceptional customer service to members, prospective members, and guests. You will greet individuals, assist with phone inquiries, check members into the system, and facilitate new member sign-ups.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in customer service, be punctual, enthusiastic, and have a passion for fitness. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
