Benefits Customer Service Representative

As a Benefits Customer Service Representative, you'll help members understand their benefit options, answer questions, and confidently choose the coverage that best meets their needs. No sales, no cold calling—just meaningful customer support.

  • Schedule:

    Monday–Friday
  • Training: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • After Training: 8-hour shifts between 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Location:

    Onsite at our Las Vegas office (777 N. Rainbow Blvd., Las Vegas, NV 89107) for approximately 90 days during training and until performance metrics are met

How you'll make an impact:

  • Serve as a trusted resource for members navigating their benefit options
  • Resolve eligibility, enrollment, and claims-related questions with professionalism and care
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while building positive relationships with every caller
  • Partner with insurance carriers, providers, and internal teams to quickly resolve member concerns
  • Guide employees toward informed benefits decisions that support their needs

About You:

  • Required:

    High school diploma, 1+ year of customer service experience, strong typing and basic computer skills
  • Preferred:
    Bilingual Spanish, Life & Health License, benefits experience, call center experience, Microsoft Office proficiency
