Customer Service Representative – Fleet Rentals
We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support our growing fleet rental operations. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless rental experience from reservation through vehicle return. The ideal candidate has experience in the fleet rental, transportation, automotive, or mobility industry and thrives in a fast-paced environment where exceptional service and operational efficiency are critical.
Key Responsibilities- Assist customers with rental reservations, vehicle selection, rental agreements, and account inquiries
- Coordinate vehicle availability and fleet assignments to meet customer needs and maximize utilization
- Manage vehicle pickup, delivery, return, and exchange processes while ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Communicate rental policies, pricing, insurance requirements, and fleet availability to customers
- Monitor fleet status and collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to ensure vehicles are rental‑ready
- Resolve customer concerns, service issues, and billing inquiries professionally and promptly
- Maintain accurate records of rentals, vehicle movements, customer interactions, and service requests
- Utilize fleet management systems, reservation software, GPS tracking, and related technology platforms
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for service improvement
- Support branch performance goals related to customer satisfaction, utilization, and revenue growth
- Previous experience in fleet rentals, vehicle rentals, transportation, automotive, logistics, or mobility services preferred
- Strong customer service and relationship‑building skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced operational environment
- Experience working with rental management systems, CRM software, or fleet management platforms
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business applications
- High attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
