Customer Service Representative – Fleet Rentals

We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support our growing fleet rental operations. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless rental experience from reservation through vehicle return. The ideal candidate has experience in the fleet rental, transportation, automotive, or mobility industry and thrives in a fast-paced environment where exceptional service and operational efficiency are critical.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with rental reservations, vehicle selection, rental agreements, and account inquiries
  • Coordinate vehicle availability and fleet assignments to meet customer needs and maximize utilization
  • Manage vehicle pickup, delivery, return, and exchange processes while ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Communicate rental policies, pricing, insurance requirements, and fleet availability to customers
  • Monitor fleet status and collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to ensure vehicles are rental‑ready
  • Resolve customer concerns, service issues, and billing inquiries professionally and promptly
  • Maintain accurate records of rentals, vehicle movements, customer interactions, and service requests
  • Utilize fleet management systems, reservation software, GPS tracking, and related technology platforms
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for service improvement
  • Support branch performance goals related to customer satisfaction, utilization, and revenue growth
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in fleet rentals, vehicle rentals, transportation, automotive, logistics, or mobility services preferred
  • Strong customer service and relationship‑building skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced operational environment
  • Experience working with rental management systems, CRM software, or fleet management platforms
  • Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business applications
  • High attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
