Job Overview
Draft Kings is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner. The role involves managing high-quality communications across multiple channels and promoting the brand through effective communication skills.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Prior online customer support or relevant experience
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers across phone, email, and chat
- Ability to work weeknights and weekends due to varying shifts between the hours of 6:00 am - 12:00 am
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Proficiency with Service Now or other ticketing processor systems, as well as Microsoft Office product suite
