COLLECTOR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Patenaude & Felix, APC of Las Vegas, NV is looking to hire a full-time Legal Account Representative. Do you want to work for a law firm that offers you growth opportunities? Would you be part of a successful team? If so, read on!

Essential Responsibilities- Collect, negotiate, and recommend solutions to consumers via phone.
- Set up payment or settlement arrangements in the database.
- Identify accounts that require legal processing.
- Assist Spanish‑speaking customers; bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
- No experience necessary; training provided.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Good communication skills.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
- Ability to pass a background and drug test.
This full‑time position typically works Monday‑Friday. An occasional Saturday may be required.
