Job Summary and Qualifications- You will oversee Administration Suite operations and provide administrative/clerical support to designated members of the senior leadership team, as needed
- You will interact with physicians, hospital directors, other hospital executives, as well as patients and families
- You will screen telephone calls and visitors by directing them to the appropriate staff members, and facilitate the completion of department assignments.
- You will perform varied and complex administrative support services, which require knowledge of hospital policies, procedures and the use of independent judgment, discretion, diplomacy and initiative.
- You will maintain professional and effective working relationships with all members of the healthcare team, and elevate the patient experience in every interaction.
- High School Diploma Required;
College Degree Preferred - Notary Preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience performing executive support functions, preferably in a hospital setting
- Proficient computer skills in multiple applications including Word, Excel, Power Point
- Demonstrated excellent communication skills, ability to interact with a variety of individuals and consumer group
