Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Spanish-English (on site in Las Vegas, NV)

During a Typical Day- Answer incoming communications from customers
- Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
The Role
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- 6 months or more of customer services experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Recognize, apply and explain your product or service knowledge
- Computer experience

- Base wage starting at $18 per hour plus performance bonus opportunities
