- Work closely with Patients and Caregivers to educate them on the application process.
- Provide necessary documentation and requirements with Nevada Medicaid.
- Work with other medical providers to ensure compliance.
- Provide high-level customer service through one-call resolution.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
- Experience in a high-volume inbound and outbound call environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer proficiency required.
- Experience in customer service is a plus.
