THE JOB:
As a BetMGM Ambassador, you'll play a key role in creating a smooth and engaging guest experience for our BetMGM sports betting platform. In this role, you'll welcome and assist guests during the enrollment process, verify IDs, ensure account information is accurate, and authenticate accounts so guests can begin placing bets. You'll also provide friendly, knowledgeable support by troubleshooting account issues, guiding guests through the setup process, and working with customer support teams to resolve inquiries.
Your professionalism and guest-focused approach will help ensure every guest enjoys a seamless start to their BetMGM experience.
THE STARTING RATE: $18.00 hourly THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Welcome guests and provide knowledgeable support by answering questions, explaining the BetMGM sports betting platform, and guiding them through the enrollment process, including and accurate account setup
- Verify guest IDs to ensure new members meet the legal gaming age requirements while safeguarding the confidentiality of company documents and files
- Maintain a positive, friendly, and professional demeanor when interacting with guests and team members
- Research and evaluate guest accounts using the BetMGM system and other software programs
- Maintain awareness of property offerings to confidently assist guests with basic information, including details about rooms, restaurants, and entertainment
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Prior experience in a high‑volume, front‑facing customer service role or within a casino environment preferred
