Job Title:
Customer Service Representative - Dispatcher

Las Vegas, Nevada
Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
Schedule:
Wednesday through Saturday from 7:15 am to 5:15 pm
- Assist customers over the phone, schedule plumbing services, and dispatch technicians to jobs.
- Review the daily job schedule and strategically dispatch technicians to optimize productivity and success.
- Provide a polite and friendly service approach, gather information, answer questions, and address concerns.
- Experience in a trade or service-based industry (not food service/restaurant).
- Service Titan proficiency.
- Team spirit and a solid work ethic.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Willingness to keep learning and growing.
- PREFERRED - plumbing knowledge.
- PREFERRED - experience working with plumbers.
