- Greet and assist customers in a warm and professional manner, both in person and over the phone.
- Address customer inquiries regarding policies, coverage, billing, and claims with accuracy and empathy.
- Process policy changes, endorsements, and new business applications efficiently.
- Assist customers with billing inquiries and process payments.
- Provide support to the sales team by preparing quotes and assisting with client onboarding.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the agency management system.
- Build positive relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
- High school diploma or equivalent;
Associate's degree preferred. - Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) is essential.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the insurance industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
- Proficiency in using computers and standard office software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a busy office setting.
