Now Hiring for Radio Dispatcher!
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Radio Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for public safety and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Pay- $23.18 - $30.59 (Union Collective Bargaining Agreement Pay Scale)
- Starting pay is $23.18 with progression to $30.69 over 10 years.
- Vacation: up to 25 days per year
- Paid Sick Leave: 26 hrs for full‑time employees after 1st year worked progressing up to 40 hrs after 3rd year worked

- Oversees road service assigned carriers by tracking trip performance measures, route begin on time, performance, incidents, etc.
- Provides customer support by responding to questions and concerns regarding customer trips including no shows, cancellations and missed trips.
- Manages emergency situations for vehicle operators, acts as liaison between the carrier and emergency services.
- Manages daily service by reviewing route performance and proactively responding to situations that impact customer service.
- High School Diploma or GED;
Technical Degree preferred. - 3-5 years' experience dispatching.
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Problem solving and analytical skills.
- Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.
- Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
- Employee is generally subjected to long periods spent sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen.
- Work environment will be a combination of both indoors and outdoors.
