Vibee - Seasonal Brand Ambassador - VIP Host

Job Summary

Vibee builds unforgettable destination experiences for fans around the world.

In this role, you will represent Vibee and interact with customers to promote and support our brand activations and experiences. You will increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive consumer engagement.

• Artist Knowledge – Maintain a basic understanding of the artist, their career, and notable achievements so you can engage and inform fans.
• Fan Engagement – Guide fans through onsite activations and experiences, providing clear instructions and assistance for full engagement.
• Technical Support – Troubleshoot activation issues or technical glitches promptly and liaise with technical support teams when needed.
• Experience Packages – Understand the different experience packages purchased by fans and answer related questions or redirect to resources.
• Concert Event Knowledge – Stay informed about event details, including schedules, venue information, and special instructions; respond accurately to fan queries.
• Customer Service – Interact confidently and professionally with fans of all ages and backgrounds while delivering a high‑standard VIP experience.
• Engagement Tracking – Track activation usage, report foot traffic, verbal feedback, and sentiment to the Event General Manager, and provide insights for future events.

• Prior experience in a customer service, hospitality, or brand ambassador role is preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
• Capable of balancing multiple tasks simultaneously and responding positively to changes.
• Works effectively with peers and supervisors to accomplish tasks.
• Stands for extended periods of time and tolerates loud, busy environments.
• Outgoing, friendly personality with a passion for meeting new people and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Must tolerate loud noise levels & busy environments at events, stand for extended periods, work in varying temperatures, work evening and weekend hours, and travel as needed.

Hiring Salary Range: $16.00 - $22.00 USD hourly (California). Compensation is based on location, experience, and internal alignment.
