** THE JOB:
** As a Spa Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of connection in a journey of relaxation and luxury. With your warm smile, approachable nature, and attention to detail, you’ll create a welcoming and seamless check-in experience that sets the tone for our guests’ visit. Your professionalism and dedication to maintaining a polished environment play a key role in upholding the high standards that define the Mandalay Bay experience.

** THE STARTING RATE:** $15.00, plus commission    
** THE DAY-TO-DAY:
*** Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service to exceed guest expectations
* Follow all departmental and policies and procedures including safety and sanitation policies
* Provide services including but not limited to, assisting all guests with Spa and/or Salon appointments, check guests in and out of facility, provide sincere, enthusiastic, quality, and consistent customer service to the spa and salon clients
* Create exceptional customer service and assist guests with questions, ensure professional and courteous behavior to all guests and employees, manage cash bank daily, retain knowledge of spa/salon software system
* Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades and retail products
** THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
*** Prior relevant experience in guest service or call center is preferred
* Prior experience is spa or salon setting is a plus
* High School Diploma or GED
* Must be 18 years of age or older
