Western Elite in Las Vegas is seeking motivated Call Center Agents to be the first point of contact for clients. You will handle inquiries about waste management services, assist with scheduling pickups, and guide customers through billing questions.
The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with strong communication skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, and weekday schedule with one Saturday per month is available.
