Process accurate monetary transactions for guests and internal departments with efficiency and professionalism;
Promote MGM Rewards, MyVegas rewards, and MGM Rewards Mastercard programs to guests;
Balance banks and complete reports/forms in compliance with policies;
Maintain asset security of cash, chips, and tokens throughout the shift;
Respond to guest inquiries and escalate complaints to the Cage Shift Supervisor as needed
