Front Desk Receptionist
Pay: $14–$17/hour DOE

As the welcoming face of our office, you’ll play an important role in creating a positive and seamless patient experience from the moment patients walk through the door. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone looking to grow within a fast-paced and supportive dental environment.
Position OverviewAs a Front Desk Receptionist, you’ll help keep daily office operations running smoothly while delivering exceptional customer service and support to our patients and team members.

- Manage emails and front office communication
- Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to support smooth patient flow
- Handle confidential patient information with professionalism and care
- Strong customer service experience in reception, retail, hospitality, or similar roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic administrative skills including scheduling, data entry, and phone handling
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with Dentrix or similar systems is a plus
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
- Previous dental or healthcare experience preferred, but not required
- Entry-level candidates with strong customer service backgrounds are encouraged to apply
