Circa Hospitality Group is seeking a Call Center Agent to be the first point of contact for guests across three properties. You will handle reservations, inquiries, and route calls to the right departments, delivering courteous service and accurate information.
You will stay current on amenities, rates, and promotions, navigate multiple systems, and meet quality and productivity targets in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; weekend and holiday shifts may be required.
