Great Gray Group is seeking an Advisor Service Associate to join our Customer Support team in Las Vegas. The role focuses on delivering best-in-class service to retirement plan advisor clients, building strong relationships with colleagues, vendors and internal teams.
The position follows a Mon-Fri schedule (7:30AM–4:30PM PT) and requires excellent communication, onboarding, and demonstration skills, with occasional travel for events and client demos.
