Customer Service Specialist I

In this role, you will respond to inbound calls and digital inquiries, provide policy and billing information, process basic changes, and resolve routine issues with accuracy and professionalism. You will document all interactions, follow compliance and privacy standards, and collaborate with underwriting, claims, and billing teams.
