Guest Service Representative

Job Purpose:

The Guest Services role is critical in ensuring seamless communication and coordination within the organization. This position requires handling high-volume phone calls with professionalism, utilizing computer skills, and maintaining detailed organization to support the operational efficiency of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain a professional demeanor while managing high-volume phone calls.

Utilize computers with excellent typing skills and knowledge of GSuite to perform daily tasks.

Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients.

Organize and manage tasks with a detail-oriented approach, ensuring directives are followed accurately.

Work independently or as part of a team, displaying flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Apply phone etiquette to enhance customer interactions and support sales and dispatch operations.

Required

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Required Experience:

Experience in handling high-volume phone calls in a professional setting.

Proficiency in using computers and typing skills.

Familiarity with GSuite applications.

Preferred Experience:

Previous experience in a sales role.

Experience in a dispatch position.

Advanced knowledge of GSuite.
