College Work Study Student, DWED

• Registering students in person, by phone, and by email, following DWED program procedures
• Sharing DWED programming, including but not limited to:
  Healthcare, Manufacturing, Adult Basic Education, Continuing Education, etc.
• Screening students through a series of questions to determine program eligibility
• Entering student information into a tracking sheet/database (LUMENS) for student follow-up
• Ensuring accurate data entry
• Answering daily phone calls and emails for incoming/outgoing student or other inquiries
• Welcoming/facilitating student intake/assessment process
• Other job duties as assigned
