Homeward Bound is seeking an Adoption Specialist (Matchmaker Extraordinaire) to facilitate cat adoptions and surrenders while delivering exceptional customer service in person, on the phone, or by email.
You will welcome visitors, interview potential adopters, and guide them through the full adoption process, documenting details in our shelter software and training volunteers as needed.
