Customer Service Representative I

Criterion Supply Inc is seeking a Customer Service Representative I to support contractors and industrial clients with orders, quotes, and product inquiries. In this entry-level role, you'll handle inbound calls and emails, process purchase orders, verify pricing and availability, and coordinate with warehouse and sales teams to ensure timely, accurate delivery. You'll resolve issues, track shipments, and maintain detailed records in our CRM/ERP systems.

Success in this role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and reliability, as you help uphold our reputation for responsive, safety-focused service in a fast-paced wholesale environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and emails from customers regarding orders, quotes, and product information
• Process purchase orders accurately and verify pricing, terms, and product availability
• Enter and update customer and order data in CRM/ERP systems
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
• Track shipments and provide status updates and documentation to customers
• Research and resolve order discrepancies, returns, and customer complaints
• Support outside sales with quotes, backorder updates, and product substitutions
• Maintain product knowledge for industrial, construction, and safety supplies
• Follow company procedures to uphold safety, quality, and service standards
• Contribute to a team-oriented, continuous improvement environment
