Konami Gaming is seeking a Customer Solutions Specialist I (Parts/Service Dispatch) to provide world-class support for game hardware and software. You will use our ERP/CRM systems to locate and order parts, process RMAs, and manage service tickets while meeting departmental SLAs.
The role requires 3+ years in parts customer service or technical help desk, solid MS Office/ERP/CRM skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced office environment. Temporary to full-time with benefits.
