The Post Oak in Las Vegas is seeking a Guest Services Call Center Agent responsible for assisting and processing guest requests to exceed expectations and embody K.E.E.P values (Kindness, Engagement, Empathy and Positivity).
You will answer inbound calls, dispatch requests to Front Desk, Housekeeping, Bell Desk, or Valet, respond to digital inquiries, monitor dispatch systems, resolve complaints, and assist with check-in, reservations, and providing accurate property information to guests.
