Aristocrat Interactive is seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive onboarding, adoption, and retention for casino gaming customers. You will serve as the main point of contact for selected clients, coordinate onsite and virtual meetings, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure success plans and deliverables are met.
The role requires 4+ years in a customer-facing capacity, familiarity with CRM systems, and the ability to travel up to 70% (including some international travel).
