Bilingual, Customer Service Rep, Spanish Customer Service
Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada, a private, non-profit law firm has an immediate opening for a full-time, permanent Receptionist position. Qualified candidates must have experience with multi-line telephone system, greeting clients, providing general information, handling mail and incoming items. Bilingual ability, (English/Spanish) preferred. The successful candidate must possess basic computer skills, strong written and verbal communication, able to multitask and the ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a very fast-paced environment.
Punctuality and dependability are a must. Candidates must have a High school degree/GED.
- Is able to understand the lives and struggles confronting low-income and vulnerable people in our community
- Enjoys providing customer service to someone who might need extra patience understanding their legal issue
- An empathetic communicator with a positive attitude
- Enjoys being a part of a great team of caring individuals
- Loves challenges, dislikes being bored, and believes drama and gossip belong at the movies or at brunch, not at work.
Salary is dependent upon experience with annual increases available.
