Boutique Facilitator - Bellagio

Summary

The Boutique Facilitator is a multi-functional support role within the boutique responsible for assisting sales associates and ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations. This role focuses on delivering exceptional client service while managing operational tasks such as shipments, inventory support, register procedures, and administrative duties.

• Welcome and greet clients and support exceptional customer service on the boutique floor
• Assist sales associates with packaging and client service support to maximize client-facing time
• Support incoming and outgoing shipment processes and assist with inventory cycle counts and re-ticketing
• Support opening and closing registers and assist with handling cash and deposits
• Perform administrative tasks including answering phone calls and resolving client issues professionally

• Minimum 1 year of related experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Able to lift 15 lbs
• Flexible schedule with ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays
• Excellent communication skills and passion for client experience; foreign language skills preferred
