Customer Service Representative - Dispatcher

Make your mark as a full-time Customer Service Rep with Serv-All Water Conditioning in Las Vegas, NV! We're hiring an outgoing and communicative problem-solver to assist customers and keep our dispatch operations seamless.

Pay: $16.00 - $21.00/hour

Schedule:

7:15 am to 5:15 pm, Wednesday through Saturday

While we appreciate your restaurant or food service experience, it wouldn't transfer well to this position. We need a candidate with in-office experience related to a trade.

Our Customer Service Rep is the backbone of our office, assisting customers, dispatching plumbers, and keeping our day-to-day running smoothly! You’ll be the friendly person who greets customers when they call, takes their information, and schedules service appointments. You’ll complete accurate data entry and strategically dispatch technicians to jobs based on location, skill set, and availability. If an unhappy customer calls, you’ll do what you can to resolve the problem and ensure satisfaction.
