Robert Half is looking for Customer Service Representatives to support members in the health insurance space from Las Vegas. This contract opportunity with permanent potential is ideal for someone who can deliver thoughtful, accurate service in a fast-paced call center environment while handling complex benefit, eligibility, and claims-related questions. The person in this role will serve as a trusted point of contact for members, helping resolve concerns with professionalism, empathy, and close attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Address advanced member issues and de-escalate complaints by identifying concerns, investigating details, and guiding each case toward resolution.

• Support claims-related requests by reviewing information, answering questions, and assisting with issue resolution in accordance with established procedures.

• Partner with the benefits enrollment team to clarify eligibility, work hours, and member premium questions, and provide timely follow-up when additional action is needed.

• Communicate with members in a calm, respectful manner, using active listening to understand needs and present practical next steps.

• Evaluate unusual or complicated service matters by applying sound judgment, research skills, and problem-solving ability.

• Stay informed on health plan offerings, member benefits, and service guidelines to provide dependable and accurate information.

• Record conversations, actions taken, and outcomes thoroughly in the appropriate system to support service continuity and compliance.

• Handle sensitive member data in line with privacy standards, regulatory expectations, and internal policies.
