Adventuredome Attendant

Job Functions:

• Welcome guests to The Adventure dome and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Provide accurate information about The Adventure dome, its attractions, and Circus Circus.
• Respond to guest questions and direct guests to the appropriate attraction, service, or location.
• Sell tickets and accurately handle cash in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Verify wristbands and collect or validate tickets.
• Clearly communicate and consistently enforce attraction safety requirements and restrictions.
• Safely load, secure, and unload guests from assigned attractions.
• Operate attractions safely and efficiently in accordance with established training and procedures.
• Remain attentive to guest needs and promptly report safety concerns or operational issues.
• Maintain a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance in accordance with Circus Circus standards.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with guests, team members, and leadership.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Cash-handling experience preferred.
• Ability to learn and consistently follow attraction-specific safety and operating procedures.
• Ability to communicate clearly and provide friendly, professional guest service.
• Ability to remain standing or walking for extended periods.
• Ability to work in environments that may be hot, cold, noisy, foggy, or dimly illuminated.
• Must be available to work assigned shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
