Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Billing Customer Service Representative II who is bilingual in English and Spanish. The role handles high volumes of billing inquiries, resolves complex issues, and supports patients with compassionate service. Training is full-time, followed by a fixed 9-hour shift schedule within 8:30 AM–8:00 PM ET.
Hours are 40 per week, with potential overtime. Pay range is $20–$23 per hour plus performance bonuses.
