This position is full time Monday – Friday 8AM - 5PM

Compensation Range: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour based on experience

We are looking for an experienced Dental / Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our office! Our treatment coordinators present treatment plans and financial estimates, collect copays and payments, schedule patient appointments, and follow up on existing outstanding patient balances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and ensure they feel welcome
  • Present and explain Orthodontic treatment plans, procedures, and financial options clearly and professionally
  • Answer patient questions and provide support throughout their dental care journey
  • Coordinate appointments and follow-ups to keep patients on track with their Orthodontic treatment
  • Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth scheduling and case management
  • Verify insurance benefits and assist patients with financing options regarding Orthodontics

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in dental office & Orthodontic treatment coordination required
  • Strong knowledge of Orthodontic terminology and insurance
  • Professional, empathetic, and patient-focused demeanor
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage schedules efficiently

Physical Requirements:

Working conditions include those typically seen in an office environment. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up-to 15 pounds at time.
