Hiring:
Two (2) General Dentists (new grads welcome; experienced & former private owners strongly preferred)

• CBCT at every location
• Encouraged and supported to practice:
  restorative, endo, surgery, implants, cosmetics, and facial esthetics
• Freedom to refer only the most complex cases (e.g., calcified canals, complex molar endo, advanced surgical cases)

• OMFS support for complex/medically compromised surgical cases
• Dedicated Pediatric + Orthodontic referral locations within the group
• Traveling Orthodontic program supporting bracket orthodontics across multiple offices

• Fully digital workflows designed for speed, quality, and patient comfort
• All-on-X, over dentures, implants, and advanced restorative care are supported—and encouraged
• Great environment for doctors who want to grow clinically (and be compensated for it)

• No PE oversight, no micromanagement, no “quota culture”
• Collaborative team with experienced clinicians—
  mentorship available for early-career doctors
• Established patient base with strong demand across the Las Vegas market

• 30% of Collections
• $700/day draw with a 90-day guarantee
• $10,000 commitment bonus (2-year)
  • $5,000 paid at start
  • $5,000 at 2-year renewal
• 1099 Independent Contractor

• 16 clinical days/month
• 4 days/week
• 4×9-hour shifts
• Offices open Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (your schedule is built within these hours)

• DDS/DMD (new grads considered;
  experienced doctors preferred
  )
• Nevada license active or pending
• Comfortable with bread‑and‑butter restorative—and motivated to expand into:
  • endo, implants, surgery, cosmetics, esthetics
• Patient-centered, team-first, and interested in long‑term growth
• Prior private practice owner experience is a major plus
