US Anesthesia Partners – Nevada (USAP-NV) is seeking exceptional CAAs to join our expanding practice. Since Nevada opened its doors to CAAs, we've been building something special—and we want the nation's best to continue growing with us.

Work across the full spectrum of anesthesia services:
Practice alongside Nevada's largest anesthesia team, delivering comprehensive care across Las Vegas's premier hospitals and health systems. You'll work in a care team model that respects your clinical expertise and provides access to high-acuity cases that challenge and develop your skills.

• Competitive base compensation: $235k - $270k
• Working 6-8 weekends per year with a minimum of $21k added to your compensation annually
• $45k sign-on bonus and future retention incentive packages available
• $10k relocation assistance available
