We’re seeking an Orthodontist to join a well-established, high-demand,
dentist-owned private group in Las Vegas, Nevada
. This is a rare opportunity to step into existing orthodontic demand supported by strong internal referrals—across a growing footprint of 6 ortho locations (including 1 pediatric office and 5 general dentistry practices
).

If you’re looking for consistent clinical days, efficient infrastructure, and the ability to scale a robust ortho program without corporate pressure, this is it.

• 6 orthodontic locations
  • 1 pediatric dentistry office
  • 5 general dentistry practices
• Established internal referrals and active case flow across the group

• 14 clinical days per month
• 3–4 days per week (alternating schedule)
• 9-hour shifts (scheduled within office hours)
• Offices open:
  Monday–Saturday | 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
• 1099 Independent Contractor

• Strong internal referrals from General Dentistry + Pediatric Dentistry
• Existing orthodontic case volume —
  not a startup program
• Consistent patient flow with clear opportunity to expand days/capacity over time

• Digital workflows built for smooth records, starts, and case progression
• Trained support team focused on maximizing chair time and keeping days on track
• Bracket orthodontics supported across the platform

• Dentist-owned group with a collaborative, long-term mindset
• Clinical autonomy with strong operational support

• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school
• Completed Orthodontic residency
• Active (or eligible)
  Nevada dental license
• Patient-centered, collaborative, and comfortable working across multiple locations
