Absolute Dental is growing, and we are looking for a dedicated Hygiene Dental Assistant to float between our Centennial and Simmons locations.

• Monthly bonus opportunities
• $750 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates
• Starting pay: $15-$17+ per hour

Final compensation will be discussed following the interview and a complete review of the candidate’s experience, skills, background, and qualifications.

As a Float Hygiene Dental Assistant, you will work closely with our hygienists and dental teams at both the Centennial and Simmons offices.

• You will help keep the hygiene schedules running efficiently while supporting excellent patient care, smooth patient transitions, and the overall flow of both offices.
• Candidates must be comfortable traveling between the two locations based on scheduling and coverage needs.

• Preparing treatment rooms for hygiene appointments
• Assisting with patient care and comfort
• Sterilizing instruments and following infection-control standards
• Supporting charting and documentation as needed
• Assisting with scheduling flow and patient transitions
• Turning over rooms between patients
• Supporting hygienists and other team members throughout the day
• Maintaining clean, organized, and welcoming clinical areas
• Floating between the Centennial and Simmons offices as needed

Entry-level candidates are welcome but must have dental experience! We are willing to train the right person. If you have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn, this could be a great opportunity for you!

• Dependable and comfortable working at both locations
• Previous Dental Assisting Experience Preferred, But Not Required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a busy dental environment
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Professional, friendly, and caring approach toward patients
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain it
• Reliable transportation between locations
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus
