• Monthly bonus opportunities
• $750 Sign-On Bonus for qualified candidates
• Starting pay: $17+/hour, depending on experience

Pay will be discussed after the interview and full review process. Compensation may vary based on each candidate’s experience, skills, background, and overall qualifications.

As a Hygiene Dental Assistant, you will work closely with our hygienists and dental team to help create a smooth, comfortable, and positive experience for every patient.

This role helps keep the hygiene schedule running efficiently while supporting patient care and overall office flow.

• Preparing rooms for hygiene appointments
• Assisting with patient care and comfort
• Sterilizing instruments and maintaining infection control standards
• Supporting charting and documentation as needed
• Helping with scheduling flow and patient transitions
• Turning over rooms between patients
• Supporting hygienists and team members throughout the day
• Helping maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment

• Previous dental assisting experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a busy dental office
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Professional and caring approach with patients
• CPR certification, or willingness to obtain
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus
