Incentives & Pay- Monthly bonus opportunities
- $750 Sign-On Bonus for qualified candidates
- Starting pay: $17+/hour, depending on experience
Pay will be discussed after the interview and full review process. Compensation may vary based on each candidate’s experience, skills, background, and overall qualifications.
About the Hygiene Dental Assistant RoleAs a Hygiene Dental Assistant, you will work closely with our hygienists and dental team to help create a smooth, comfortable, and positive experience for every patient.
This role helps keep the hygiene schedule running efficiently while supporting patient care and overall office flow.
Responsibilities- Preparing rooms for hygiene appointments
- Assisting with patient care and comfort
- Sterilizing instruments and maintaining infection control standards
- Supporting charting and documentation as needed
- Helping with scheduling flow and patient transitions
- Turning over rooms between patients
- Supporting hygienists and team members throughout the day
- Helping maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment

- Previous dental assisting experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a busy dental office

- Professional and caring approach with patients
- CPR certification, or willingness to obtain
- Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus
