Our Patient Service Representatives are the face of our office
-the first and last interaction our patients have each visit.

We  looking for someone who is friendly, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment to join our team at a dental office located within a multi-specialty medical center offering medical, dental, vision and pharmacy care-all under one roof.

• Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional demeanor
• Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars efficiently
• Verify insurance and collect patient payments
• Answer phones and assist patients with questions
• Coordinate patient flow to support an on-time schedule
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams
• Deliver an exceptional, patient-focused experience from start to finish

• Previous dental or medical front office experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable working with insurance verification and patient payments
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
