Absolute Dental is urgently hiring an experienced Orthodontic Dental Assistant to join our specialty team. We are looking for someone who is confident assisting with orthodontic procedures and passionate about helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles.
Pay & Incentives- Starting at $18+/hour, depending on experience
- $750 Sign-On Bonus for qualified candidates
- Monthly bonus opportunities may be available
- Final offered rate will be determined by the hiring manager based on overall experience, skill level, certifications and level of training
As an Orthodontic Dental Assistant, you will assist with braces, Invisalign, adjustments, and other orthodontic procedures while helping patients feel comfortable and confident throughout their treatment journey.
Responsibilities- Assist with braces, Invisalign, and orthodontic procedures
- Prepare rooms and set up for orthodontic appointments
- Support charting, records, and treatment documentation
- Help patients feel comfortable during visits
- Sterilize instruments and follow infection control standards
- Support the doctor and orthodontic team throughout the day
- Help keep patient flow running smoothly
- Create a positive and professional patient experience
- Orthodontic assisting experience is required
- Comfortable assisting with braces, Invisalign, and orthodontic procedures
- Strong communication skills
- Positive, friendly, and professional attitude
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Team‑oriented mindset
- Reliable and dependable
- CPR certification or willingness to obtain
- Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus
This position requires travel between multiple office locations. Candidates must have reliable transportation and feel comfortable traveling frequently between offices as needed.
